What to install on you newly purchased PC to windows
Introduction
This article covers a set of necessary freeware for a PC. All programs mentioned in here have a freeware status and can be used absolutely legally and downloaded from shara-soft.ru website.
After OS is installed along with all the necessary drivers, first of all you need to install the available Windows updates. To do so, you need to go to Settings Panel and select Windows Update Center or Windows Update and click ‘Check for updates’. In this case the OS will find the necessary updates and install them. The system will restart once the updates are installed.
It is highly recommended to install Service Pack for Windows. It can be installed through Windows Update Center, or it can be downloaded from Microsoft website.
It is also recommended to install the latest version of directx 11 64. It can also be found on Microsoft website.
Burners
We suggest using Nero 10 for Windows 7. It supports recording of CD/DVD/Blue-Ray discs. There is also an option to burn .iso images, make disk covers, archive and restore files and folders. As an alternative, CDBurnerXP can be recommended.
Drivers Management Programs
From time to time there is a need to reinstall the system, but time-consuming to install all the drivers one by one. To simplify this process, you can use the SamDrivers 12.30. This program allows you to save all the drivers in one file and then restore them from this file. To save all drivers in one file just click ‘Export Drivers’. To restore drivers click ‘Import Drivers’. This program allows you to install all necessary drivers for your computer at a click of one button.
